Located in Jerez de La Frontera, Cadiz (Spain), this shopping centre was inaugurated in 2007 and has approximately seven million visitors every year. The enterprise presents 102 shops in a total 47.000 square meters. The first floor, with an area of over 23,400 square meters, is dedicated to fashion with internationally renowned brands. The top floor is a large 23,400 square meter area, dedicated to leisure and restaurants, including a cinema with 11 rooms.

Sonae Sierra
GranCasa is one of the most consolidated shopping centres in Spain, thanks to its privileged location in Zaragoza, its connections with public transport from any point of the city and its complete and attractive commercial and service offer.
The centre was inaugurated in 1997 and has a Gross Lettable Area of over 80,000 square meters and 170 commercial spots with quick and easy accesses. Moreover, it has a carpark with room for 3,000 vehicles. In June 2018, a new leisure and food court was inaugurated, predicting a 12 million euro return.

Located in Toledo (Spain), this shopping centre was inaugurated in September 2004 and presents 114 shops divided by three storeys with several areas dedicated to fashion, DIY, appliances and sports, in a total area of 41.090 square meters.
The whole development project for ‘Luz del Tajo’ stood upon the recreation of a medieval citadel, with gantry entrances, angular plans and spacious terraces with the demandable features in a space that is visited daily by thousands of people.

Located in Bilbao (Spain), this shopping centre was inaugurated in May 1994 and July 2002 and presents 153 shops in a total 59.491 square meters, spread across two buildings united by a passage.
Max Center is the leader in fashion retail in the whole of Viscaya, with nearly every national and international reference brands. Moreover, it has 15 cinemas, a bowling alley with 16 tracks, a vast food court and free parking for 4,250 vehicles.

The Valle Real shopping centre is located five minutes from Santander, in Maliaño-Camargo, in one of the areas with the highest economic and social expansion in the region. Moreover, the centre has excellent accesses by car (motorway S10) and public transport.
This shopping centre was inaugurated in November 1994 and currently has 95 shops in a total 47.666 square meters in two storeys and a carpark with capacity for 2,656 cars. Valle Real has the largest and most varied fashion offer in the whole of Cantabria, which occupies approximately 52% of its surface, and presents a vast offer in restaurants.
